A washroom I found doesn't exist or is closed
Open the listing and tap Report, then choose the reason. Three independent reports hide a spot automatically until our team reviews it. That's how the map stays honest.
Why must I stand at a washroom to add it?
Travilet only accepts additions from people physically at the location — your live GPS is checked. This stops fake and joke listings, and it's why the green Verified badge means something.
My add was rejected ("you appear to be X m away")
Your phone's GPS was too far from the point, or the signal was weak. Step outdoors or near a window, tap Capture my location again, and retry while standing at the entrance.
How does a spot become "Verified"?
After someone adds a spot, other users who are physically nearby confirm it. Two independent confirmations turn it green. Regular good contributions raise your trust level, and trusted users' additions go live instantly.
Sign-in problems
Travilet uses Google, Facebook, or a simple email sign-in — no passwords to remember and no SMS codes. If a provider button fails, try the email option, or update your browser. Signing out from the More tab fully ends your session.
Delete my content or my account
You can delete any washroom you added from its listing. To delete your entire account and personal data, email us from the address you signed up with; we complete deletions within 30 days.
Privacy
The short version: location is checked only at the moment you use it, we don't sell data, and we don't spam. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
